Forgotten password
Step 1- If you have forgotten your existing password please select "Forgotten your password?".

Step 2- Once you have selected "Forgotten your password", enter your email address then press "Send".

Step 3- If the email address entered matches with the system an email will be sent.

Please note: As per the warning above, the email address entered must match the email address stored on your staff member record in either your personal or work email field, for the forgotten password email to be received successfully. You will not be informed if an email address does not exist, if you attempt to enter an unrecognised email address i.e. an address not stored in NEXTRA. This is because it would be a breach of security to inform the you of this. If the email address matches an address on your account and there are no duplicate email addresses, you will receive your reset email within 5 minutes.
Step 4 - Select the "Reset password here" link provided in the email.

HANDY HINT - The link in the email to reset your password will expire after 30 minutes. If you miss this window, follow steps 1 -4 again to receive a new link.
Step 5- You will be asked to confirm your email address.

Step 6- When you have entered your email address it will ask you to set a new password, please press send once entered.

Step 7- When you have reset your new password it will ask you to log in again after selecting "OK". This will automatically take you back to the Nextra log in page as shown in "Step 1".

You can now enter your email address and new password.
