How to update your existing Personal Details

You can update your existing details by following the below steps.  (This process is the same for the Details, Personal and Beneficiary tab, however the below steps demonstrate this using the Details tab).



HANDY HINT - If you are updating your beneficiary on the beneficiary tab, you will only need to untick the box to remove someone as your beneficiary, or tick the box to update someone as your beneficiary.  If the person you need to nominate is not listed, please speak to a system administrator. 


Step 2 – Delete the existing details that you wish to change, and type in the new details.  If the field you wish to change is a drop-down menu, update the option in the drop-down menu.

Step 3 – Select "OK".


HANDY HINT - If the system administrator has set the system to allow amendments to personal details without needing approval, you will not see the pop up and will not be required to complete step 3.  The new details you added will automatically show in the fields on the relevant tab. You will then be returned to the tab you submitted the changes for.


HANDY HINT - When you are returned to the tab the original details will re-appear in the fields.  Don’t worry!  Your original details will remain in the fields until your request for change has been approved.
