Staff Details report

The Staff Details report includes details held on staff members' HR records.

The report can be loaded for a specific location (team, department) or for a whole organisation for a specific date, the data included will be the details as they were/are on the date for which the report is run.

The following fields are included in the report:

1.       Payroll ID

2.       First name

3.       Last name

4.       Address 1

5.       Address 2

6.       Address 3

7.       City

8.       Postcode

9.       Personal Email

10.   Work Email

11.   Home Telephone

12.   Mobile

13.   Date of Birth

14.   Age

15.   Start Date

16.   Length of Service

17.   Gender

18.   Job Title

19.   Nationality

20.   Principal Site

21.   Contract Type

22.   Contacted hours

23.   Full/Part Time

24.   Salary

25.   Salary FTE

26.   Active/Inactive


Handy Hint: If the report is run for a date earlier than a team member's start date, or later than their leave date, they will not be included in the report
