Staff Member Notes Tab – editing existing records and uploading documents to a note
You are able to edit existing notes, by adding additional updates to an existing note, To add an update to an exisitng not you can follow these steps below.
Step 1 – Select the edit icon in front of the existing note.

Existing notes will be displayed as per the example above. The person who added the note, the date and time the note was added and, where applicable, the date and time of the shift to which the note was added will be displayed on the summary screen.
HANDY HINT: Where notes can be added to shifts, users should be aware that if the shift has a note assigned to it, and it is then dragged and dropped to another staff member the note will move with the shift. Therefore, any notes displaying on the ‘Contact Notes’ tab that are assigned to shifts, should that shift be moved to another staff member it will no longer display on this tab.
