How To Approve Staff Absence Requests
When a staff member has requested an absence a Manager maybe required to approve it. If this is the cast the instructions below will guide on how to do this.
Step 1 - From the home screen select Management

Step 2 - Select Absence requests tile (NB if there are absences to approve there will be a red dot on the tile with the number of absences to approve

Step 3 - The screen will open to view all the requested absences.
Step 4 - Select the staff member who's absence that is being approved and click the tick box in the Action column

Optional - in the Add Note Column there is the option for a note to be attached to the absence request

Press OK to add any notes

Step 5 - Press Approve to accept the absence or Reject if the absence is not being approved

The Screen will refresh and the absence request will be Approved or Rejected according to the actions taken and no longer show on the screen.
