Asset Management overview

The Asset Management module allows users to manage assets and equipment within the NEXTRA system.  Users can:

1.       Add equipment to a rota for work or maintenance.

2.       Add “skills” to equipment to indicate dates for service, renewal, audits, replacement etc.  

3.       Add documents, i.e., certificates, manuals.

4.       Add notes to assets.
